Ge Engstrom Ventilators
It is intended for use in adult patients up to 5 kg or more infants. When attached to the ventilator, the newborn option can also be used on patients weighing up to 0.5 kg.
The user interface includes a touchscreen, buttons and a control button.
The settings are entered by touching a virtual button on the screen to select the desired setting, turning the knob to select the setting value, and then pressing the button to finish the setting.
Other buttons provide different functions for menu navigation, which temporarily increases the oxygen supply and activates the alarm silence.
Available ventilation modes: volume controlled (VCV), pressure controlled (PCV), PC V-VG, SIMV-VC, SIMV-PC, SIM V-PC VG, CPAP / PSV.
